Access keys

Access keys are keyboard shortcuts that have been added as a way of navigating to common website links and page features. This website has the following access keys:

1 – home

2 – site map

3 – search

9 – contact us

0 – provide a list of all access keys

[ – skip links to jump to start of body content.

Depending on the browser you are using, you will need to press a different combination of keys to use these shortcuts.

Mozilla Firefox

Firefox 1.5: Windows

Press both the ALT key and the access key at the same time. For example, pressing ALT + 2 will take you to the site map.

Firefox 1.5: Mac

Press both the Control key and the access key at the same time. For example, pressing CTRL + 3 will take you to the search page.

Firefox 2.0: Windows

Press the ALT key, the Shift key and the access key at the same time. For example, pressing ALT + Shift + 2 will take you to the site map.

Firefox 2.0: Mac

Press the Control key, the Shift key and the access key at the same time. For example, pressing CTRL + Shift +3 will take you to the search page.

Internet Explorer

Internet Explorer 6 and 7: Windows

Press the ALT key and the access key at the same time, release both keys, and press Enter. For example, pressing ALT + 9, releasing, then pressing Enter will take you to the contact us page.

Internet Explorer 6 and 7: Mac

Press the Control key and the access key at the same time, release both keys, and press Enter. For example, pressing CTRL + 2, releasing, then pressing Enter will take you to the site map.

Font re-sizing

There are common keyboard shortcuts that can make text bigger within your browser.

Internet Explorer

1. Open the View menu by pressing ALT + V.

2. Select Text Size by pressing X.

3. In the Text Size list, move to the text size option you want by pressing the UP ARROW or DOWN ARROW key.

4. Press ENTER.

Mozilla Firefox

Increase font size by pressing CTRL +
